A successful candidate will leverage their experience, curiosity, and creativity to design and implement a high-throughput pipeline for T cell engineering.

• Develop and enhance T cell engineering pipelines using LEAH’s cutting-edge in-house gene editing platforms
• Create, update, and maintain experimental SOPs as the key basis for downstream protocol development in the vet clinics
• Recommend next steps based on experimental analysis
• Maintain detailed experimental records
• Aid in the hiring and managing of scientific staff for this lead team
